FIGHT SHOP SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING METHODS
FIGHT SHOP ships via USPS or UPS with insurance to ensure your items arrive safely. We offer multiple shipping options to meet your delivery needs:
- Ground Shipping (Standard)
- Two-Day Delivery
- Next-Day Air
- International Shipping
Please Note: Large equipment such as heavy bags and stands may be shipped via freight carriers due to size and weight restrictions.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, delivery time will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
RUSH ORDERS
Need your order faster? We can accommodate rush orders for time-sensitive situations. Please contact our Customer Service team at +1 702 826 5536 to arrange expedited processing and shipping.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the continental United States via USPS and UPS.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
Yes, we ship to military addresses. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 14 business days.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Please note:
- Some items (such as heavy bags) are restricted and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Additional fees may apply for P.O. Box deliveries
Alternate Shipping Addresses
For security purposes, we ship only to the billing address associated with your credit card. If you need to ship to an alternate address, you must first add that address to your credit card account with your card issuer.
International Shipping
We ship internationally! Select international shipping at checkout and be sure to include your phone number and email address.
International Shipping Process:
- Your order will be placed on hold for review
- You will receive an email with exact shipping charges and notification of any customs/duties fees
- Your approval is required before we proceed with shipping
- Additional verification may be requested for certain orders
Special Requirements: Orders shipping to Bulgaria, Cameroon, Ghana, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia, or Venezuela require payment via money order or wire transfer. Please contact us at +1 (323) 460-4600 or matt@fightshop.com to arrange payment.
Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Free Shipping Offers
When we offer free shipping promotions, the following terms apply:
- Applies to GROUND shipping only
- Valid for continental United States only
- Excludes: Custom Orders, Mats, Rings, Cages, heavy bags, and oversized items
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- Does not apply to previous orders
Shipping Upgrades
Shipping upgrade promotions are:
- Valid for continental US only
- Subject to additional rates for heavy or oversized items
- Subject to the same exclusions as free shipping offers
Flash Sales & Percentage-Off Offers
Promotional discounts exclude shipping costs on:
- Nike products
- Elevation Training Masks
- Heavy items and bags over 150 lbs
- Gift Cards
- Custom Orders
- Mats, Rings, and Cages
- Heavy Bag stands
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using UPS with insurance for all returns.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Orders are charged when items ship, not when you place the order
- Processing times may be longer during holiday periods
- We recommend adding matt@fightshop.com to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all shipping notifications
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if there are any issues
