FIGHT SHOP RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

NO RETURNS POLICY

FIGHT SHOP operates under a strict no-return policy. All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, color preferences, or gift returns. However, we do offer size exchanges as outlined below.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Carefully review all items before completing your purchase
  • Verify sizes, colors, and specifications before ordering
  • Try items in-store when possible
  • Inspect all items thoroughly upon receipt

SIZE EXCHANGES

While we maintain a no-return policy, FIGHT SHOP does offer exchanges for size issues only.

Exchange Policy Terms:

  • Exchanges are available for size changes only (not for color, style, or other preferences)
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs:
    • Shipping cost to return the item to us
    • Shipping cost for us to send the correct size back to you
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size
  • If the requested size is not available, no refund will be issued

To initiate a size exchange:

  1. Contact us at matt@fightshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the size you need
  3. Upon approval, ship the item back to us at your expense
  4. Once received and inspected, we will ship the new size to you (you will be invoiced for this shipping cost)

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. For quality control or manufacturing defect claims, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at matt@fightshop.com. We will review defect claims on a case-by-case basis, and any approved claims will be subject to manufacturer warranty policies only.

NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable AND non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized products (absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges)
  • Grant and winning items (absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges)
  • Personal protective equipment (hand wraps, groin protectors, mouth guards, headgear)
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards

PLEASE NOTE: Custom items, personalized products, grant items, and winning items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. These items are made or awarded specifically for you and cannot be resold.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, as required by EU consumer protection law. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCEPTION: Custom/personalized items, grant items, and winning items are excluded from the EU 14-day cooling off period and remain non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

To exercise your EU right of withdrawal (for eligible items only), please contact us at matt@fightshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

REFUNDS

FIGHT SHOP does not provide refunds except as required by applicable law (such as the EU 14-day cooling off period mentioned above for eligible items). All sales are final, and payment is non-refundable once the transaction is complete.

Custom items, personalized products, grant items, and winning items are never eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

This policy is effective immediately and applies to all purchases. By completing a purchase with FIGHT SHOP, you acknowledge and agree to this return and exchange policy, including responsibility for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
