Shipping

A: We ship via USPS or UPS with insurance. Options include Ground, Two-Day Delivery, Next-Day Air, and International shipping. Large equipment (heavy bags, stands) may ship via freight carriers.

A: Orders process in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery varies by location and selected shipping option.

A: Yes. Delivery can take up to 14 business days.

A: Yes. Select international shipping at checkout. Include phone and email. Process:

  • Order placed on hold for review
  • Email sent with shipping charges and customs/duties notification
  • Your approval required to proceed
  • Additional verification may be requested

A: We ship only to credit card billing addresses for security. To ship elsewhere, add the address to your credit card account first.

Returns & Exchanges

A: Yes. Return items in resalable condition within 15 days for store credit or exchange. Excludes: DVDs, books, mouth guards, gift certificates, custom apparel, awards.

Return Process:

  • Complete return/exchange form
  • Ship insured to: FIGHT SHOP 1062 Vine Street Hollywood, CA 90038
  • Processing takes 3 business days (longer during holidays)
  • Confirmation email sent when processed

Note: No refunds for shipping charges. Recommend using UPS with insurance.

A: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal online. Checks/money orders by phone only (2-week clearance for checks).

A: Authorization placed when ordering; charged only when items ship.

  • Estimated Ship Date: Backordered, will restock on that date
